Led by Michelin-star-trained Executive Chef Rob Cullen, our culinary team is passionate about showcasing the flavours of Aotearoa New Zealand. Every dish is a celebration of local, seasonal ingredients — thoughtfully sourced from farmers, fishers, and artisans who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
We work closely with you to create a full sensory experience that reflects your event’s purpose and personality. From invigorating snacks to multi-course feasts, our food is designed to delight, nourish, and connect.

Telling the Stories of Aotearoa New Zealand Through Kai (Food)
Aotearoa New Zealand is known for its exceptional produce and deep respect for the land. We honour that legacy through a ‘farm-to-table’ philosophy that prioritises freshness, ethical sourcing, and environmental responsibility.
Chef Rob’s menus tell the stories of the incredible people behind our ingredients — the growers, fishers, and makers who shape our culinary landscape. His approach balances bold, vibrant flavours with a deep commitment to inclusivity: most dishes are dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free, with outstanding vegan options that cater to diverse dietary needs while supporting the health of our planet.
Food is one of the most vital aspects of any event. That’s why we treat it not just as nourishment, but as a powerful connector — a way to share stories, spark conversation, and leave a lasting impression.
Curated Selection of New Zealand-Made Beverages
Our beverage philosophy is about more than what’s in the glass. Every pour reflects our dedication to creating an experience that feels thoughtful, balanced, and distinctly New Zealand.
Our offerings are curated to complement our cuisine and offer something for everyone – from bold wines and refreshing beers to innovative alcohol-free options. Almost every selection is sourced from local producers who share our values of care and quality, showcasing the depth and diversity of Aotearoa’s beverage landscape.
Our non-alcoholic range is chosen with the same care and consideration as are our wine and beer lists, offering sophisticated zero-alcohol cocktails, beers and more, that deliver an experience without compromise.
Every detail of our beverage menu reflects our commitment to manaakitanga – celebrating Aotearoa, and creating a world-class experience for every guest.
Sustainability is at the heart of how we operate. From the ingredients we source to how we manage food waste, every decision is made with care for our environment and community.
We work with incredible suppliers like Ocean Speared and WithWild, who supply ethically sourced kaimoana and wild venison with full traceability and conservation in mind. Ingredients like chocolate, vanilla, and spices are sourced from the Pacific, helping reduce our carbon footprint while supporting village economies.
We’re also proud to team up with Rescued Kitchen, turning surplus produce into premium food products, and KiwiHarvest, who help us ensure leftover food from events goes to those who need it most — not to landfill.
Guests can trust that every plate served reflects our commitment to sustainability, transparency, and making a positive impact.
He tāngata, he kai, he mana – it is the people, the food, and the spirit that create greatness.
We look forward to sharing our menus with you soon.
"My food philosophy is to blend innovation, sustainability, and seasonal ingredients that celebrate the essence of New Zealand"
